Hi! I’m new to Tucson’s art scene and am still learning the ropes, so please bear with me while I figure things out. A little about me: I moved to Tucson, Arizona in 1993 after graduating from Lehigh University with a Bachelor's of Science in Electrical Engineering to work at what’s now Honeywell Aerospace. It was there that I met my husband of 27 years, Tim, who was brave enough to adopt 10, 14, and 21-year-old boys with me in 2007. Now we have 6 grandchildren (Noah, Willow, Nathan, Lance, Silas, and Solomon) ranging in ages from 13 years to just under 1.5. I fell in love with photography when I got my first ’real’ camera, a Nikon D5600, through Amazon for my 50th birthday four years ago. Since then, I have developed a passion for capturing stunning Arizona sunsets and exploring birds photography. When my husband got a 3D printer for his 50th a year later, I learned I could take my photos, including African Safari photos, and create 3D printed models that, when held up to the sun, look completely different than when the sun isn’t behind them, technically called lithophanes. After that, I started making other types of artwork like vases, ornaments, toys, and jewelry. Right now, it’s just me, with support from my husband, running and maintaining 2 3D printers (an Ender and a Bambu X1C), building the website, and creating the 3D models, so please be patient while I get everything together and on the website.
